1. Order Processing Time

All merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner (like Printful).

  • Production time: 2–7 business days
     

  • You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
     

 

2. Shipping Times & Rates

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after fulfillment
     

  • Average shipping cost is calculated at checkout (based on item & location)
     

International Orders (if enabled)

  • Shipping time varies by location (5–20 business days)
     

  • Customs & import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility
     

 

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services, depending on destination and fulfillment.

 

4. Wrong Address Policy

If the address you provide is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The order will be returned to the sender or fail to deliver.
     

  • You will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
     

 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first
     

  • Then email us at music@mrmilanofficial.com with your order number

    We’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery.
     

 

6. Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error:

  • Email us within 30 days at music@mrmilanofficial.com
     

  • Include photos and your order number

    We’ll send a free replacement or refund.
     

 

7. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops (If Applicable)

If an item is marked as pre-order or limited drop, shipping may take longer than usual. Times will be clearly stated on the product page.
